Reviews and Ratings
My stay was truly wonderful! The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just two blocks from the Hancock Tower and Michigan Avenue, making it so convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a family of four, although the lack of privacy due to facing an apartment was a bit inconvenient. The staff provided excellent service, with a ride always ready whenever we needed to go out, and they were incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived early in the morning.
The hotel rooms were a great size, clean, comfortable, and felt up-scale with the perfect king-size bed, gigantic TV with super-easy controls, great living area space, and Jonathan Adler products, to boot. The new contemporary look was not what I was expecting.
The hotel had a not so ideal room with a slightly dark location and not super clean upon arrival, but it was spacious and comfortable, especially for a big city. The service was excellent, with staff going the extra mile to recommend top restaurants, though there was a flustered incident with a lost laptop. The location was very central and convenient for exploring the city but seemed a bit pricey for dining. The dining experience offered high-quality options, albeit a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in cleanliness and pricing.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so spacious and clean, and the king size bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the gigantic TV with super-easy controls and the great living area space. The Jonathan Adler products added a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped out of the Uber and onto the curb.
